Due to the lockdown, developers have started showcasing their properties online via virtual tours. This is a completely new concept for Indians who have always believed the touch and feel technique, especially when making a high ticket purchase. People are skeptical to proceed further and are wary of buying a property. But the fear of losing the dream home, may outweigh the far of COVID-19.
