The decision comes as a result of the growing number of Covid-19 cases in the country, where physical consultation may be difficult for some persons to obtain.

With over 20 million pet dogs and 19 million other pets, India is the fastest-growing pet care market. Many sections of the country, particularly rural areas, still lack access to pet care services, particularly medical consultations. Through this effort, the brand hopes to provide all pet owners in the United States with equitable access to veterinarian consultations.

The Petcare category is increasing at a CAGR of 17 percent, indicating that it is ripe for innovation and up-gradation. Zigly is India's first tech-enabled Omni-channel pet care platform, and they're leveraging technology to transform the Indian pet care sector. While it is now only available in Delhi and will eventually expand to other metro cities, the website is already a one-stop shop where customers can buy supplies, book veterinary appointments, arrange pet grooming sessions, and much more.

With veterinary physicians, groomers, and trainers on hand to make the pet-parenting experience enjoyable and inexpensive for pet families, Zigly is dedicated to providing skilled and professional pet care. It also offers pet grooming van services that may be arranged for pet grooming at your home. In the next five years, the business plans to open 150 physical experience centres.
