February 02, 2023 (IANSlife) Celebrity investor Mouni Roy along with Bigspoon, a prominent Cloud Kitchen start-up, unveiled The Pizza People, a neo-pizza brand that will operate in 15 cities with 35 locations.

As Bigspoon uses its massive cloud kitchen network across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, The Pizza People is India's largest pizza brand launch in a single day. 35 locations open in 15 cities during the initial phase of the launch, including Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Surat, and Indore.

It is the first-ever large-scale chain of Neapolitan pizza that is only offered for deliveries. On top of an Australian wheat pizza foundation in the Neapolitan style, it adds quality cheese and imported toppings. The pizza is packaged in vented packaging boxes to maintain temperature and moisture throughout delivery to the consumer. It was founded to fill the present market need of providing superior, hot pizzas throughout all major Indian cities at affordable prices.
