The central chandelier in the Dining Room is made up of 250 pieces of burnt glass in shades of rose, sage, and white.

The Dining Room is a sophisticated space with softer tones and the gentle buzz of a bar where the focus is solely on delicious food. Chica's glass-roofed Boutique is a lovely place for larger groups or parties to spend time while remaining a part of the overall Chica experience. The Fountain Court, on the other hand, is a stunning outdoor space where nature meets the future, with a backdrop of blue sky and the solace of rich, foliage green. Chica aims to create a magical experience by curating different parts of the outdoor space to have distinct identities of their own, complete with unique finishes and textures. The individually composed vignettes are meant to be unravelled frame by frame as you walk through the exhibition.

The menu at Chica is inspired from the stories of the Samurais to the journeys of Sultans, and focuses on Asian & Mediterranean Cuisines, with a never seen before section on the rebellious fusion of the two – MediterAsian! Familiar dishes with clever tweaks, comfort food served with sophistication, table side theatrics and an experience for all senses. The menu is cleverly paired with world-class cocktails that centre on unique ingredients, classics reimagined into surprising concoctions that combine Asian and Mediterranean histories. The cocktail menu includes unique and new world cocktails, in-house liqueurs and spirit infusions inspired by MediterAsian Botany, and a blend of unique ingredients, shrubs, spices, and artisanal spirits. The Chica Bar offers a world of discovery, from a dedicated G&T outdoor bar to a Toasted Rice infused Rye Whiskey with Saffron Vermouth, stirred rather than shaken. The Bar is uniquely designed in a bottle green shade with brass accents, patterned marble and hardwood flooring set against rough dholpur stone walls and shimmering antique mirror detailing that welcomes everyone for a drink.
