October 17, 2019 (IANSlife) It's a celebration of culture. The second edition of International Curry Week brings together chefs and foodies to relish a range of curries and wash them down with the newly-launched Bira 91 IPA.
Over 100 restaurants from across seven cities including New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, New York, London, Singapore and Hong Kong are participating in the festival, which is hosted by Bira 91, till October 20.
For the festival, the chefs have curated a customised menu with curry-centric entrees, which are paired with the newly-launched Bira 91 IPA brewed with Pomelo.
The participating restaurants from India include Mahabelly, Kampai, Lavaash, Coast Café and Whisky Samba in Delhi; Uno Mas, Gymkhana 91, The Terrace in Mumbai; and Sanchez, Sriracha, Fisherman’s Wharf and Salt in Bengaluru.
In Singapore, the participating restaurants include Delhi Express, Bistro 136, Gabbar and Kinara; in Hong Kong Monte Carlo and Chez Bistro; in New York Benares, Dhaba and Baar Baar; and in London Cinnamon Bazaar, Chai Naasto and Silka Urban Indian.
