Monkey Jam Sour

Monkey Jam Sour made with Monkey Shoulder scotch whiskey experiments with your sweet and sour cravings thanks to its fruity scents and smooth vanilla undertones.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml Monkey Shoulder
  • 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 5 ml Sugar Syrup (1:1)
  • 2 tsp Jam
  • 2 dash Orange bitters
  • Soda Water (Optional)

METHOD

  • Add all ingredients to shaker
  • Add fresh ice and shake it like a legend
  • Strain into ice filled glass
  • Top with soda water if you fancy

Green Apple whisky sour cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Grant’s Distinction
  • 30ml Green Apple Syrup
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg white

METHOD

  • Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake, add ice and shake again until well chilled
  •  Strain into a rock glass or coupe
  •  Garnish with a slice of green apple

 

MANGO WHISKEY SOUR

Ingredients: 

  • Jimmy’s Whiskey Sour Mix 60ml
  • Jimmy’s Mango Chili Mojito Mix 20ml
  • Whiskey 30ml

How to mix it: 

  • In a shaker glass filled with ice, pour the above ingredients and shake well.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and serve. 

 

PEACHY SOUR

Ingredients: 

  • Jimmy’s Whiskey Sour Mix 60ml
  • Jimmy’s Sex On The Beach Mix 30ml
  • Whiskey 45ml

How to mix it: 

  • In a shaker glass filled with ice, pour the above ingredients and shake well.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml X by Glenmorangie
  • 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 10ml Honey Water
  • 50ml Tender Coconut Water
  • Sparkling Water or Club Soda
  • Mint sprig to garnish

Method:

  • Fill highball glass with cubed ice.
  • Add X by Glenmorangie, lime juice, honey water and tender coconut water.
  • Stir and fill more ice if necessary.
  • Top with club soda or sparkling water, stir and garnish with mint sprig.

 

GLENMORANGIE X SOUR

Ingredients:

  • 50ml X by Glenmorangie
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Maple Syrup

 Method:

  • Pour X by Glenmorangie, lemon juice and maple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill it with ice and shake.
  • Strain into a champagne saucer, and garnish with a cherry. 
  • Feeling adventurous? Add half an egg white into the shaker to give your sour an even silkier texture.

 

GLENMORANGIE X GRAPEFRUIT

Ingredients:

  • 50ml X by Glenmorangie
  • 25ml 100% Grapefruit Juice
  • 12.5ml Maple Syrup
  • 25ml Club Soda or Sparkling Water

Method:

  • Fill highball glass with crushed ice. Add X by Glenmorangie, grapefruit juice and maple syrup.
  • Stir, top with club soda or sparkling water and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
