Are you looking forward to on-ground fashion events and the energy that comes with physical shows and appearances?

Divya Khosla Kumar: Yeah, I'm really excited because it's like finally, the world is finally coming back to its routine. And Lakme FDCI is a great platform, I have worked so many times before and it’s always exciting, all the young energy coming in even last time the last season at the princess …. dog was so super amazing at the sundowner. I'm looking forward to walking today.

 

The outfit that was chosen for you today. How does it complement you and what does it uplift your mood?

Divya Khosla Kumar: I am wearing the makhana chador which is like an Assamese traditional sari. It is made by a traditional weaver. It's a handloom, and I'm super excited because it represents our culture, and it's such a pretty black and gold. So I'm looking forward to wearing the weave and being adorned with traditional jewellery.

 

What are the travel essentials you love to carry?

Divya Khosla Kumar: Definitely the basics, like the mask, the sanitiser.

In the world of fashion celebrity collaborations are replacing celebrity muses, what are your thoughts on that?

Divya Khosla Kumar:

 

How do you support sustainable fashion?

Divya Khosla Kumar:  I think by supporting the weavers, the artist, I think it's a great great way in which everything has to become forward to support homegrown, traditional views, and by wearing them. That's the best way you support them by wearing them and that's how you encourage other people also.

Do you live in the good hands of your stylist or do you make her life ….?

Divya Khosla Kumar: I definitely have my own inputs that are very essential as the stylist will keep on changing. It has to match what is comfortable in your head and in your mindset. It shouldn’t be something that is forced upon you.

 

What is an experience in your life that you're waiting to have?

Divya Khosla Kumar: I am excited about my movie Satyameva Jayate 2 which will be releasing next month.
