November 5, 2020 (IANSlife) Instagram is flooding with pictures of Karwa Chauth. Bollywood actress including Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Kajol, Shilpa Shetty, Bipasha Basu and newly-wedded Kajal Aggarwal posted pictures of themselves dressed up in traditional attires like sarees and suits. But, red seems to be the colour of this season as most of the celebrities ditched greens and pinks and painted it red.   

Priyanka was a vision in simple red, frilled saree as she celebrated Karwa Chauth at her US home. She paired the saree with a golden noodle strap blouse and finished off her look with drop earrings, sindoor and a tiny bindi. 

 

 

Shilpa wore a red silk saree silk with golden weaves by Masaba. She paired with heavy polka set, mangalsutra and bangles. 

 

 

Kajol wore a plain red chiffon saree, with a strappy blouse. She completed the look with a golden choker set with earings, bangles and a bindi.  

 

 

Kajal, who got married to on October 30, also celebrated her first Karwa Chauth wearing a red outfit and a matching face mask.  

 

 

Raveena wore a red hot gharara to celebrate Karwa Chauth virtually with her husband Anil Thadani from her Dalhousie house. She wore heavy earings and a mangtika. 

 

 

Bipasha Basu wore a red suit with orange dupatta. She kept her hair loose and accesorised it with heavy earings and big finger rings.
