July 30, 2022 (IANSlife) A two-day event will feature a panel of renowned authors at The Writers Bar Soirée, to be held at Raffles Udaipur. The event will take place on July 30 and 31 Raffle's first Indian outpost of the luxurious global hotel chain.

Throughout the weekend, inspired conversations will take place in the distinctive setting of the iconic Writers Bar. Mita Kapur, Founder and CEO of Siyahi and Literary Director for the JCB Prize for Literature, has helped curate this literati event featuring some of the world's most renowned authors from a variety of genres.

Anuja Chauhan will speak with Devapriya Roy about her writings and their adaptations. Aanchal Malhotra and Swati Vashishtha will discuss the relevance of Partition in today's world and the tremors that remain. Anahita Dhondy will speak with Mita Kapur about life in a Parsi household and the recipes passed down through generations. Pragati Sureka and Ruchika Mehta will talk about the impact of emotions on how we perceive the world, as well as the importance of mental and emotional well-being. Anahita Dhondy will also perform a special demonstration during the weekend.
