KLF’s ‘Bhava Samvad’ completes 400 sessions

Literature can recreate hope and positivity in people during the crisis

July 14, 2022 (IANSlifeIn face of the Pandemic, the Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF) launched its virtual literary venture 'KLF Bhava Samvad' on May 17, 2020. While the world was switching to digital mode, KLF decided to continue the celebration of the literary spirit with Bhava Samvad by adapting to the same. It has now completed more than 400 online engaging sessions in the span of two years and has reached over five million viewers.

Rashmi Ranjan Parida, founder-director of Kalinga Literary Festival, and Mystic Kalinga Festival recall, "We started off with the thought that literature can recreate hope and positivity in people during the crisis. Eventually, the initiative touched many hearts and minds. We envision making the forum even bigger and one of its kind for literature, art, and culture lovers."

Major names including Amish Tripathi, Devdutt Pattanaik, Arundhati Subramaniam, Amitav Ghosh, Lord Meghnad Desai, Bibek Debroy, Swami Mukundanand, Sandeep Agarwal, Amitav Ghosh, Pavan Varma, Pankaj Chaturvedi, Tanushree Podder, Durjoy Datta, Sanjay Jha, Ravi Venkatesan, Sandeep Dutt, Gautam Chintamani, Deepak MR, Jayanti Ranganathan, Abhay Mishra, Saiswaroopa Iyer, Rana Safavi, Rituparna Chatterjee, Shubhrastha, Sanchit Gupta, Dr. Dwarika Prasad Uniyal, Anuj Lugun, Venkat Raghavan and many more have been part of the KLF ‘Bhava Samvad'.
