Homegrown auction house Cymmon’s to host first e-auction

January 19, 2021 (IANSlife) Founded by Krishna Moolagundam, an avid art collector and founder of Hyderabad-based Moolagundam Art Gallery, Indian auction house Cymmon’s will host its first online auction from January 21-22.

As per a statement from the auctioneer, Cymmon’s works to bring together collectors, galleries, museums, and individuals under one roof to witness the great experience of owning the worthy pieces of art and artifacts, watches, gems and jewelry, books, wines and much more, bridging the gap of diverse cultures in today’s digital era.

The art pieces on auction are from renowned artists like Kattingeri Krishna Hebbar, Krishen Khanna, Manjit Bawa, F.N Souza, Amrita Sher-Gil, Krishna Reddy to name a few. There will be 35 artworks and 30 jewelry pieces.

They conduct round year auctions globally with representatives located in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, NewYork, London, Dubai, Hongkong, and Shenzhen, are now making it more accessible through their android and iOS apps. Everything from catalog viewings to the sales, is available online, said the statement.
